Cancellation Refund Policy
Refund and cancellation policy must be made available to customers on website and they have to agree to its terms during the order process. Customers have to click on an “Accept” or “Agree” for return and cancellation button before submitting their payment information. Then, once the order has been submitted, the policy can be sent to customers with the order confirmation email. Refund and Cancellation Policy is available for every client placing an order with sbcs.in.

Refund request
Refund request can be initiated through consultant@sbcs.in. All refund requests must be made within 45 days of purchase. We will process your request within 15 to 25 business days of receiving all the information required for processing refund like reason for refund, bank details for processing request, etc. The Feedback Manager will understand the case thoroughly and take a decision whether the order is applicable for refund or not.
